I came for two years. I stayed for the community.
I'm Molly Lannen. I moved from the Bay Area to the Central Coast in 2011, and what was supposed to be a two-year chapter became home. I live in Arroyo Grande and have spent over a decade helping clients buy and sell on the Central Coast. I understand that moving here means choosing a way of life as well as a property.

What made me stay?
For me, it was the community. You get to know your neighbors and the people at your regular coffee stop. In my experience, people show up for one another, whether that means helping with a ride or checking the mail while someone is away.
Adjusting to a smaller community was a change. It also became one of the things I value most about living here.
How do I help you find your place?
I start by listening. Do you want land? How close do you want to be to your neighbors? Is there a school you want to research? Do you want to walk to coffee or dinner?
Your answers help us move from a broad search across the county to a more useful conversation about specific places and properties.
Local knowledge, practical follow-through.
I help buyers relocating from Northern California, Southern California and beyond. My work includes understanding your priorities, helping you explore neighborhoods and staying engaged with the people and deadlines involved in your purchase.
