In 2021, I helped buyers purchase in northern Shell Beach before selling their Arroyo Grande home. Two transactions were running at once, so the order of the work mattered.

Their search brought together interior space, renovation possibilities and the location they wanted. We found a home a few houses from a beach access point at the time.
