We toured homes in both places and explored Arroyo Grande properties with more space. Because the timing was firm, I stayed engaged with contractual dates, inspections and communication with the lender, appraiser and listing agent.
What was the result?
They chose a home with acreage that suited the outdoor space they wanted. We closed on time.
What can another buyer learn?
Compare more than one area before deciding. Seeing both settings and talking through the timing early made the choice, and the schedule, easier to hold.
